Fabric Description
Hard, buff to light brown fabric with medium white and small dark inclusions.
Description
Flat rim sloping outwards, short neck, globular body, two opposing vertical handles, concave ring base.
Decoration
Decorated with a flaking orange to reddish paint; a band on the interior of the rim as well as on the top of rim; the neck and handles are painted solid. There is a reserved line below rim and thick band of paint round the base of the neck. There are three sets of thin concentric circles on either side of the body and a stylized flower with long stem in-between on either side below the handles.
Comments
A possible Cypro-Minoan sign is painted on one side above the flower and close to the handle.
