Fabric Description
Hard, grey with sparse medium brown inclusions and greyish slip.
Description
Flat sloping rim, wide neck, short, almost conical body, flaring base, vertical handle from rim to shoulder with thump grip.
Decoration
Decorated with bands of short parallel strokes on rim including its interior and two columns of lozenges within frames, a single vertical chain of hooked lozenges crossed by two rows of horizontal hooked lozenges, a dotted circle in each of the squares formed and below decorated with a horizontal ladder pattern and pendent ladder patterns. The base is decorated with double, intersecting bands, a circle in the centre and small circles in each panel.
